What biochar can do:
Biochar has an extremely high number of microscopic open pores. This improves soil aeration, allows it to retain water and nutrients exceptionally well, and provides a habitat for soil organisms. It is perfectly suited for improving existing soil in raised beds, gardens, and potted plants.
to enhance and in the long term
To transform the most valuable black earth (Terra Preta). Biochar has been proven to remain stable for over 1000 years and retains its beneficial properties permanently in the soil. A truly sustainable investment in your soil. Pure biochar is like an empty storage sponge and should therefore be activated or charged with nutrients at the beginning to unleash its full potential.
Recharging biochar:
Mix the biochar into the compost or add it in layers repeatedly.
Ideally, the mixture should decompose for several weeks and then be spread on the garden soil or lightly worked into the ground. Alternatively, the mushroom charcoal can also be activated in the barn or with liquid fertilizer. Instructions for this are available online.

Apply biochar according to the soil volume. For example: 2 liters of biochar to a 20-liter pot. For garden soil, apply 2 to 3 liters of biochar per cubic meter per year. Reseal the bag to prevent drying out and use within 3 to 6 days.
Apply in months.
